Restocking Fee Policy

What is a Restocking Fee?
A restocking fee is a charge applied to orders that have been processed and subsequently canceled. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with handling and preparing the order, as well as restocking items to inventory.

When is the Restocking Fee Applied?
The restocking fee is applicable under the following circumstances:

Processed Orders: Orders that have been processed but are canceled before shipment.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Orders canceled by the customer after processing has begun.
Restocking Fee Rate
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the total order value for all processed but canceled orders.
Example Calculation
If you placed an order with a total value of $100 and decide to cancel it after it has been processed, a restocking fee of $10 (10% of $100) will be deducted from your refund.

Important Points to Note
Order Status: An order is considered processed once it enters the fulfillment stage, which begins shortly after the order is placed.
Non-Refundable Fees: The restocking fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our restocking fee policy. Our aim is to provide a seamless shopping experience while ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of our operations.
